What can I return?
You may request returns for most items you buy from sellers listed on FlyTrap.in that are within the return window ,i.e., 1 day (24  hours) except identified as not returnable due to:

  1. The product is opened/tested/used.
  2. The return window of 24 hours has been exceeded.
  3. The product is not in the original packaging.

Items are returnable if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts, defective or different from its description on the product detail page on FlyTrap.in. Please note that the product should be in original packaging to be eligible for return.

How to return items?

We are just a Call Away!! Just Call us and we will assist you in easy returns. You can mail us at info@flytrap.in within 24 hours and request for a return with a valid reason.

What are the return guidelines?
Following are the return guidelines:
Your address and the item that you wish to return must be eligible for return pickup.
If the return is not eligible for Pickup, a Self-Return option will be given.
Once the return is received, you will, in accordance with FlyTrap.in Refund Policy, be issued a refund to your original payment method within 2 business days.

Also, kindly note that our product is meant to be installed outdoors. The product will not work sufficiently indoors. The fly trap does not meant to trap other insects, mosquitoes, or rodents. It is a fly trapping solution.
